Laurin & Stephanie from Grit 2 Valor Fitness teach a great seminar on macro/micro nutrients, how to properly fuel your body and what is in our food. How fun does that sound? Well, we make it fun! Food is life! We all love and NEED to eat, but lets get serious. The options are limitless. We want to support you in making some better choices to feel and fuel healthier. They will give you a grocery list of healthier options, information on what exactly your eating and a great discussion with games (just to make sure you remember and actually UNDERSTAND what nutrition is.)
